When COVID hit in 2020, remote work went from experiment to expectation overnight. I started sourcing globally (the Philippines, Pakistan, South Africa, Kenya) and found professionals who were sharp, reliable, and available at a fraction of the cost. Not because they were “cheap,” but because cost of living is different. The quality wasn't.
Other agency owners noticed. “Can you find someone for us too?” started as a favor. Then it became a pattern. Then it became Bionic Talent, built on a model I wished had existed when I was looking: a one-time flat fee, a rigorous vetting process, and support that doesn't disappear after placement.
